Darrell Carver
AttorneyDarrell Carver, by trade is a trial lawyer. He was born in the south where he spent his early childhood, then spent his formative years in America’s heartland. He returned to the south for college where he attended Tennessee State University and obtained a degree in Business Administration. He then attended Howard University School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctorate.
After law school, he worked as a corporate finance lawyer for an international global law firm in Atlanta. As he professionally developed, he learned that he had a passion for trial litigation. He then joined the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney for the Atlanta Judicial Circuit. Darrell then broadened his trial skills in the civil arena where he worked a number of years as an insurance defense lawyer for two nationally recognized insurance companies.
For the last decade, Darrell has devoted his practice to representing individuals and families who have been injured through no fault for their own. His practice includes litigating, settling and trying motor vehicle and pedestrian accidents, premise liability, negligent security and wrongful death actions.
He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia, Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia, and the Northern District of Georgia. Outside of the practice of law, he devotes his time to his family and friends and enjoys a wide array of sports and travels extensively.
