Workers’ Compensation In Georgia
Workers’ Compensation insurance in Georgia provides medical and wage benefits to employees who experience work-related injuries or illnesses. State law requires most employers with three or more workers to carry this coverage. Benefits may include
- Medical treatment from an authorized doctor
- Wage benefits equal to two-thirds of your average weekly wage, up to a legal maximum.
- Permanent disability

When you are hurt on the job, in most cases, you can’t sue your employer. You must rely on workers’ compensation for care and financial support. Our construction accident attorneys in Johns Creek can explain your rights and your options.
