Mike Webb was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, where he attended St. Pius High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. He subsequently attended the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, where he was awarded for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Writing.
Since his initial admission to the practice of law in 1995, Mr. Webb has presented over 300 cases to Georgia Grand Juries and has tried over 100 cases. He spent the first five years of his career as an Assistant District Attorney helping victims and prosecuting major felony offenses in Georgia courtrooms. Since 2000, he has dedicated his practice to representing individuals injured as the result of someone else’s negligence. He has handled cases throughout the State of Georgia including wrongful death, medical malpractice, premises liability and automobile accidents. Mr. Webb has obtained millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Webb has served as a trial judge for youth Mock Trial competitions in Fulton County. In addition, he was named a “Rising Star” by Atlanta Magazine in 2007, 2008, and 2009, and is rated “Excellent” by AVVO.
