Allison E. Horne is a native of Memphis Tennessee. She is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. Allison is also a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, School of Law. She received her Juris Doctorate in 2000 and was admitted to the Georgia Bar.
Allison is a very experienced litigator. Upon obtaining her Juris Doctorate, she immediately began her career as a criminal Defense Attorney with the Atlanta Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office. While at the Public Defender’s Office, Allison obtained immeasurable experience in courtroom procedure, trial preparation, and trial experience.
After over a decade of public interest work and servicing the community, Allison joined the world of private practice. Before joining Foy, Allison spent most her time zealously representing her clients throughout metro Atlanta in Personal Injury, Criminal Law, and Family Law cases.
In her spare time, Allison enjoys watching her son play little league sports. Allison is also an Ambassador for the Human Trafficking Institute.
