It takes a number of different employees to operate an airline successfully, all of whom can suffer injuries in a workplace accident. Fortunately, Georgia’s workers’ compensation law requires all businesses with three or more workers to carry workers’ comp insurance.
You’ll be able to file a claim with United Airlines’ insurance provider if you work in one of the following positions:
- Pilot
- Mechanic
- Flight attendants
- Ground or airport station attendants
- Baggage handlers
- And more
If you are employed in one of the above-listed positions or another capacity, you’ll likely be able to file a workers’ comp claim. An attorney can help you determine if you are eligible to pursue benefits and help you get the financial support you deserve.
