Job Duties: Customize and administer Litify by configuring objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to align with firm processes, including intake, case management, and settlements. Develop and deploy custom solutions by writing and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages to enhance firm-specific workflows. Optimize reports and dashboards by building and refining custom reports and dashboards for tracking case progress, attorney performance, lead conversions, and financial settlements. Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, workflow failures, and user access issues through debug logs, Salesforce Developer Console, and error handling tools. Work under supervision.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ IT/IS/Engineering (Any)/ Data Analytics or closely related field with Twenty Four (24) months of experience in the job offered or as a Salesforce Developer or IT Consultant or Analyst or Programmer or related field.
Experience: Experience of Twenty Four (24) months working with Salesforce, Visualforce, Apex Classes and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
