Alicia Luncheon

Alicia Luncheon is an accomplished attorney with a wealth of experience in the legal field. As a former Senior Public Defender Alicia managed a heavy caseload of felonies and misdemeanors.

Alicia’s experience also extends to the prosecution side, having served as an Assistant District Attorney for Fulton County District Attorney’s Office in the Complex Trial Division. In this role, Alicia handled all levels of felony prosecution from intake to indictment/accusation and trial. 

In addition to criminal law, Alicia also has experience as an Immigration Attorney, litigating immigration cases from inception to appeal. This unique background has equipped Alicia with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of the legal system.
