Growing up with a lawyer in the family, Brian developed an early passion for logical argument and objective thought while seeing first-hand the satisfaction that comes from helping others by observing his father's work as a corporate attorney.
Now, Brian applies his passion for helping people by fighting for clients who are injured by the negligence of others.
In 2010, Brian graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. Brian subsequently attended Mississippi College School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2014.
While in law school, Brian clerked for the Assistant Secretary of State, State of Mississippi where he gained experience in state government regulatory practice. Brian is also a recipient of the Benton Public Interest Fellow scholarship and the John B. Farese Memorial Trial Advocate award.
Brian has varied experience at all levels of litigation, with particular emphasis in the areas of Plaintiff’s Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Construction Law, Transportation Law, Personal Injury Defense, Eminent Domain, Wills & Estates, Estate Administration, Incorporation, and in handling large volume discovery requests. Brian is admitted to all Superior Courts in Georgia; and all state and federal courts in Mississippi. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Young Lawyers’ Division, the Mississippi Bar, and the Mississippi Bar Young Lawyers’ Division.
When not in the office, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife Kate. Together, they enjoy the Great Outdoors.
