Areion I. GambleAttorney
Areion is a native of Georgia and attended Griffin High School (Go, Bears!). She graduated from the University of West Georgia, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, concentrated in pre-law studies, and a minor in Criminology. While at West Georgia, she had the honor of being on the Dean’s List, a Thomas R. Luck Merit Scholar, and a Multicultural Achievement Program Scholar. After college, Areion took a year off and accepted an internship with the Griffin Judicial Circuit Public Defenders’ Office. She then attended, Elon University School of law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor. While at Elon, Areion had the privilege of being a Dean’s Fellow, on the Dean’s List, induced into the Order of Barristers, Merit Scholar, recipient of the Guilford County Black Lawyers’ Scholarship, the Bruce Lee Scholarship, and the Tolleson-Woods Family Scholarship. While in law school, Areion gained invaluable experience at the Georgia Public Defender Council’s Appellate Division and the Office of Attorney General of Georgia.
Areion began her legal career as a criminal defense litigation attorney, before making the move to civil law. Areion is in good standing and a member of the State Bar of Georgia. She has also been admitted to the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia.
