Krystall Vega

Krystall Vega brings a unique blend of public safety experience and legal expertise to her role as a personal injury attorney at John Foy & Associates. Born in Puerto Rico and raised across various parts of Virginia, Krystall has always been driven by a deep commitment to service and advocacy.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science, magna cum laude, with a minor in Chemistry from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2007. She then spent over a decade working in the public safety sector—an experience that solidified her sense of justice and ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in law.

Krystall first joined John Foy & Associates as a legal assistant, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in supporting clients and managing the complexities of personal injury cases. Inspired by her work, she went on to earn her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. While in law school, she interned at a personal injury litigation firm, contributing to a wide range of cases, including motor vehicle and trucking accidents, dog bites, premises liability, and general negligence.

Now returning to John Foy & Associates as a practicing attorney, Krystall is proud to advocate for individuals who have been injured through no fault of their own. She approaches every case with empathy, determination, and a mindset of continuous learning—qualities she believes are essential to making a real difference in her clients’ lives.

Outside of the office, Krystall enjoys traveling, attending live music events, and rooting for the New York Giants. A devoted Jeopardy! fan and aspiring celebrity chef in her own kitchen, she also cherishes spending time with her significant other, family, close friends, and four pets.
