A Warner Robins accident on Tuesday evening involving two vehicles has left one person dead and three others injured, two seriously, according to CBS 13 WMAZ.
The Warner Robins Police Department reported that the incident occurred around 9:15 p.m. near the intersection of Elberta Road and Ola Drive. A 2008 Nissan Altima was traveling westbound on Elberta Road when, for unknown reasons, it crossed the center line and impacted a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck driving in the opposite direction.
The Nissan Altima’s driver was transported to the Medical Center – Navicent Health in Macon, but she succumbed to her injuries at the hospital and died. Her passenger was treated for minor injuries at the scene of the accident.
Both the driver and passenger of the Silverado were taken to a local hospital after suffering severe injuries. The accident remains under investigation by Warner Robins Police Department, and any witnesses or others who may have information about the accident are urged to contact them with any relevant information.
