Austin Lott, one of the three teens involved in the fatal accident that killed Hannah Gilmer, pled guilty to tampering with evidence. According to his father, he changed his plea at the last minute.
Lott told the court that Clayton Qualls asked him to remove items from the car after the accident on County Line Road in Columbus. The driver has been charged with DUI and vehicular homicide. The other teen was also charged with tampering with evidence, but bonded out of jail.
