An accident in Clayton County last Saturday has killed at least one person. 11 Alive reports on the accident.
The crash happened at the intersection of Adams/Allen Drive and Highwa 85 according to Georgia Department of Transportation cameras. The Georgia State Patrol says that one person has died and two others were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
Just before 4 p.m., an elderly driver was going north on Highway 85 and tried to turn left onto Adams Drive. A car going the other direction crashed into the passenger side of the elderly driver’s vehicle, killing his 78-year-old passenger. It is unknown at this time who is at fault for the crash and the report is still being written.
