An investigation is underway at Atlanta’s Hartsfield International Airport into claims that a woman was bitten by a bomb-sniffing dog at the airport. The Transportation Security Administration is heading the investigation into the bite by the dog, who is used to detect explosive materials at the airport.
The woman says that she and her husband were waiting on the arrival of family members when the dog lunged at her and bit her in the stomach. She also claims to have done nothing to provoke the dog, and insists that the incident should not have happened.
