The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported recently that a motor vehicle accident occurred in the western regions of Metro Atlanta on Monday, February 15 that killed three brothers when one of them lost control of their vehicle and collided with a pickup truck.
According to officials from the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office and the Georgia State Patrol, the accident occurred between 8:45 p.m. and 8:55 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Monday, February 15, 2021 in Paulding County, along Dallas Nebo Road. A young man, 21 years of age, was driving a 2002 BMW sedan south on Dallas Nebo when for unknown reasons still under investigation he veered off the road at a curve, then overcorrected and crossed the centerline, colliding with a 2012 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck. The car was also occupied by his two brothers, fifteen and twelve years of age, all three of whom were from Douglasville. All died at the scene of the wreck.
The driver of the Toyota was taken to Wellstar Kennestone for treatment of injuries deemed serious by a spokesperson for the Paulding County Fire Department.
