iHeart Radio offered an update recently on the car accident that nearly killed country/rap artist Blanco Brown near his home in metro Atlanta.
Almost one month after a horrific head-on accident near his home. Blanco Brown is out of intensive care and used the social media app Instagram to share an update with his fans after the accident. He shared a picture of the helmet he was wearing while riding an Indian motorcycle during the accident, being held up by his arms that were both immobilized by casts.
Brown credited his religious faith, the safety gear he was wearing, and the safety features of his motorcycle for keeping him alive and whole after the accident.
The initial accident took place on Monday, August 21, when the singer, famous for viral hits like ‘The Git-Up’ and ‘Just The Way,’ was struck in a head-on collision in the metro Atlanta area. A long stay in the intensive care unit (ICU) of an Atlanta hospital, including at least two 12-plus hour surgeries, left fans worried for his well-being, but according to his music label, BBR Music Group, he is expected to make a full recovery.
