Steven Saccoccia grew up in Syracuse, New York. He graduated from Boston College in 1980 with a joint degree in Political Science and Philosophy and then attended Emory University, School of Law in Atlanta, where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1984. While there he was a Special Teams member of the Moot Court Society and ATLA Trial Team Regional competitor.
Since entering the practice of law, Steven has focused on personal injury litigation, handling complex and catastrophic injury cases not only in Georgia but many states. For 10 years, he was with a nationally recognized plaintiff’s practice with offices in Atlanta and Columbus, Georgia, where he participated in injury and death cases involving product liability, including automotive, drugs, and medical devices. Steven continued practicing in these areas and expanded into nursing home cases with his own firm.
Steven is licensed in both Georgia and Alabama and has been featured in articles in the Fulton County Daily regarding his cases several times. Outside the practice of law, he enjoys cooking and motorcycle riding. He rides with several groups that raise money for charities such as the Southern Cruisers and the Goldwing Road Riders Association.
