Michael Roth is an Atlanta, Georgia native and attended Indiana University followed by the Georgia State University College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree and graduated law school with the “Highest Pro Bono Distinction”. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Michael achieved the Best Brief Award in Trial Advocacy at Georgia State College of Law; he is also acknowledged in Carlson on Evidence: Comparing Georgia Rules and Federal Rules, 4th Edition (2015); Trial Handbook for Georgia Lawyers, 2015-2016 Edition (2015); Trial Practice Manuel (2016); and the Georgia chapter of a state law compendium for a national truck accident lawyer organization.
Michael has worked at several law firms including criminal defense firms, the Cobb County D.A.’s office and a local personal injury firm before joining John Foy & Associates. He has law in his blood with several family members being in the profession. Michael enjoys working in the personal injury field advocating for plaintiff rights and the challenge of getting justice for his injured clients.
Michael is an avid sports fan playing basketball and softball, and is a follower of the Atlanta Falcons, Braves, Hawks and Indiana basketball.
