GA Based Engineering Firm Under Fire From OSHA

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) found that Enercon Services,  a Georgia-based engineering firm, violated the Whistleblower Protection Act when it fired an engineer in retaliation for reporting unsafe practices at its Wolf Creek plant in Burlington.  The firm has appealed the decision and is welcoming an opportunity for a full hearing into the incident.

OSHA maintains that workers and contractors have an obligation to report unsafe conditions and are protected by the law from adverse actions from doing so.

If you feel like you have been adversely affected in the workplace, call Foy & Associates today.  We will work hard to get you the compensation you deserve.
