Duncan M. Harle graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1993 - receiving a Bachelor of Science degree. He later graduated from a joint program between the University of South Carolina and the College of Charleston - completing a Master's degree in Public Administration. Thereafter, in 2002, he graduated from John Marshall Law School upon completion of a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree.

While in law school, Mr. Harle was named to Who's Who in American Law School Students and participated in numerous student organizations as well as regional trial competitions. Mr. Harle lives in Atlanta and is a member of several civic and church related organizations.
