Three unidentified bodies were recovered in a house fire in Cherokee County. The accident happened around 3:45 a.m. on Spriggs Trail in Ball Ground.
Neighbors called 911 after hearing the explosion. By the time the fire department arrived at the scene, the split-level house had already burned to the ground.
The victims are believed to be members of the family that lived in the home. Officials are investigating the cause of the fire.
